Coverage
The public record, US and international.
Apriori covers public records across four layers - federal, state, local, and international. The data spans regulatory filings, disclosure documents, registrations, licenses, government spending, and international business registries. It is resolved into a citable entity view that includes supported business relationships and organizational hierarchy across commercial, nonprofit, and public-sector organizations.
Legal entities
Registered companies in the US and internationally - officers and directors, status, filing history, and, where the record supports them, business relationships and organizational hierarchy - connected into entity records that hold up in compliance review. This is the backbone of the organization graph.
Licensed professionals
Professional and business licensure data: licensed individuals and firms, collected directly from the issuing authority. Built for credentialing, verification, and compliance use cases - who is licensed, where, in what standing.
International
International business registries are our flagship international capability: dozens of countries and languages, collected at the source and processed natively - transliteration included. We have taken national-scale datasets from raw government sources to fully resolved production datasets end to end; India is one example among many.
What "resolved" means here.
Linked and hierarchical
Records and supported entity relationships are connected across sources, jurisdictions, and organizational hierarchy - not stored as isolated rows.
Deduplicated
One entity, one record. AI-assisted matching handles name variants, transliteration, and messy source data.
Citable
Every attribute carries provenance to the official source - the difference between an answer and a guess.
Monitored
Change detection on new filings, status changes, and registration events keeps the graph current.
